Any Australian citizen with a personal or professional interest in documentaries may apply to the National Board of the AIDC to become a Member. Delegates of the AIDC automatically become Members of the AIDC during that Conference year, unless they indicate otherwise on the Delegate Registration Form.
The Board may adopt a fee structure which allows a person who becomes a Member between conferences to pay a reduced fee, for the period until the next conference.
Membership entitlements
- Members are invited to vote for the National Board Members at the annual general meeting.
- Members are invited to participate in AIDC events.
- Members will receive updates, via email, regarding the activities of the AIDC.

- The Member must be given an opportunity to explain or defend themself at the Board meeting, prior to any resolution being passed.
